Spend
a day at Engelbrecht's overlooking the scenic view of apple trees.
Apples are available during the fall by U-pick or if you're
in a hurry, you can pick up a bag inside the market. Choose
from several varieties of apples including red delicious, golden delicious,
and Jonathan. In late June, Engelbrecht's also has summer apples;
and in August, sink your teeth into the Royal Gala, one of the finest
apples around.
A lot has changed since 1945. Engelbrecht's now presses
about 30,000 gallons of cider a year during a good apple harvest.
